Adaptive volume thresholds
Default volume floor is 50 monthly searches. If a group has fewer than 20 rows above that floor, the floor drops automatically (50 → 25 → 10 → 1 → show all) until 20 rows surface or the universe is exhausted. Current floors: branded 0, unbranded category 0.
Bucket definitions
